It looks like a yellow and red card as in soccer.

I guess it's so you can hand out a red card to someone who doesn't behave maybe?

Michelle is right. Its a slap on the wrist you can give to people who doesnt behave.

It shouldnt be used for fun but only if someone crosses the line

It rarely happens on here and the system has infact only been used once - and that wasnt because someone was out of line. But because someone made a mistake
