Do my dogs have the stomach flu?

I have three dogs. They are all on the same heartworm med, Sentinel, and they all received it today. Two of the dogs vomited withing an hour of each other tonight. Is there such thing as canine stomach flu? Is it contagious to humans/other dogs? Any advice is greatly appreciated

And the one dog is older, we thought he just puked because of the Glucosamine in his meds for arthritis ebcause he does that frequently, but then the other one puked.

Not trying to be gross, but the food looked undigested

I find that if a dog gets a cold in it's stomach they usually get very loose stools. Personally I don't think it would be passed on to humans as long as you wash your hands after cleaning up and handling the dogs whilst they are ill.

The puking could be a reaction to the meds, do you have to give the meds with food, if not try giving without food see if you get the same reaction.

The dog that is on Glucosamine, if that is not agreeing with him, you could try 5 - 10ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil on his food once a day it can help with the stiff joints.

WE used to give the Tibetan Terriers Olive Oil too.

It helps strengthen the coat amongst other things.

I know that its effective enough but as far as the digestive system of the dogs is concerned, the oil must not
be used excessively. I mean, after all its oil and require more time to be digested properly. Would you explain the
idea of the stomach flu bit more. I curious about that.
